The new Revised Core gives players a full playset of the player cards (so no need to buy multiple core sets anymore), allowing you to play up to four players and begin with a wider variety of deckbuilding.

This, along with the new campaign release model coming in Edge of the Eart, going with one full campaign in a box, instead of 6 mythos packs, the whole LCG should be much easier to get into for newcomers!
